Helped out on a crazy awesome engagement shoot for Juice lifestyle writer Brianne & her fiance Joe for IKONIX a couple weeks ago. Talk about some wacky quirky fun!
We went from 25 degrees of frigid picnic fun to 360 degrees of propped studio madness. Who else shows up with canoe paddles, 3-D glasses and a gravity-defying wall of newspaper? So many awesome ideas, so little time.
Huge congrats on the engagement! Thanks for bringing so much fun & creativity to the shoot! And thanks to Bethany for making yesterday happen… and, of course, Tom, for everything else

I’ve been a bit lax on my blogging as of late, and have gotten a bit behind! So far behind, the we’re ready to put another decade behind us! I’ll try to get caught back up in the next few weeks, and keep this place updated a bit more frequently as we move into the new year.
Here’s a selection of images from Michelle & Dann’s day back in October. The way the weather has been lately, October sure seems warm right now!

Another IKONIX shootout Halloween night. Vampires at the cemetery on Halloween… what could go wrong?
Had a great turnout, but the generator gave us major issues with the strobes. Fortunately, we didn’t permanently fry anything and were able to retreat back to the studio to finish off the evening with some more shots indoors.
And apparently, our vampires need to see a better dentist, since their fangs refused to stay in!
I think everybody still had a great time & it was great to meet some more of the local photogs.
A big thanks to our immortal models, Kelsey, Jen & Chantell.
Had another fun engagement session yesterday afternoon with Jared & Lindsey. These two were a blast to work with & were up for (or at least put up with) anything.:) What a gorgeous October day it was!
Renee & Tyler still have over 10 months to go, but have the wedding practically all planned.
You can clearly see I’ve managed to capture the secret to their efficiency… cloning.
Speaking of cloning… sorry you guys had to miss the Clone’s game. I’m sure watching me climb on stuff was much more entertaining anyway
